Pool cover

Pool covers look great and of good quality, but within the first year of a 5 year warranty period cover was shot and falling apart! Spoke to Kevin at customer service and said it should be covered by sending in a few pictures! They replied with a "NO"

Ripoff Company

If you have a pool and need supplies from that company do not buy from this company. Case in point. I bought a pool cover from this people in August of 2020. It was put on my pool during closing in October of the same year. It was held down by bungee cords. When my pool was just opened in May I noticed tears along the edges of the cover. I called Pool Supplies about this. They asked how was the cover held in place. I told them. They said the 5 year warranty was invalid because I did not use water bags. I was never told this when I purchased said cover. These people have a smug attitude when dealing with people like me who do not have a lot of money and expect to be treated fairly. Do not buy from pool supplies.com their word means nothing.

Bate and Switch on Prices

Got a catalog in Mid April. In large print it says Expires 5/15/21 but that was only for free shipping. Really, really, really small print hidden on back cover of catalog says prices valid through 05/01/21. No joke the font is super small and I need my readers to see it. I called to order in pool steps but sale price ended. Who mails a catalog with only two weeks of sales? This company is a joke. They offer free shipping all the time but put an expiration date to fool you in to thinking sales are good until that date. Avoid this company and shop online to find better deals.

No problems at all...

Although I saw many negative reviews I decided to give Poolsupplies.com a try. They had one of the best prices on a pool reel I wanted. I went to their website, found what I was looking for, placed it in the cart and made the purchase. I placed my order on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and I received it on Thursday! I had absolutely no problems with Poolsupplies.com. I thought I would throw that out there in case someone was on the fence about ordering from Poolsupplies.com.

Customer Service

Having problems getting a pool vacuum to work correctly. Customer service was condescending and rude.

They sell junk and there warranty is fraudulent. Says 10 years but it only lasted 2 years.

10 year FULLY WARRANTIED pool cover lasted 2 years. Pieces of the plastic bubbles floating all over my pool and in the filter, and they tell you only the seams are covered for delamination. In my 30 years owning a pool this company sells the absolute worst cheapest junk solar covers. Might as well put trash bags over your pool. Filing with BBB and I suggest you do the same.

Horrible company to deal with

Ordered a pool filter, advertised as complete but didn't include pump. Shame on me. Sent it back and payed $25.75 in shipping. Never deal with them again.

Horrible/ Non-Existant Customer Service

Placed a first time ever $500+ order with this company and have a problem with one of the products and cannot get any help. I have tried multiple times by email and phone and I guess nobody is going to get back to me. I have tried calling and nobody answers and it eventually (after waiting on the line for over 15 minutes) goes to a full mailbox so no messages can be left. Horrible customer service! Lesson learned, you have lost this customer... never again.

Poor communication, poor service, doubt they are even real

Ordered a pool liner over a week ago. Shipping at time of purchase stated it was only 3 days. They responded to 2 emails, one sending my invoice and the other asking for my order number to track my order. Will never do business with this place again and will tell EVERYONE to avoid this business like the plague.

STAY AWAY!

Poor customer service. On hold for 20 minutes only to be pushed through and then told mailbox is full. I am trying to let them know that a 50 lb. container or chlorine was listed as delivered by Fedex and it wasn't. I filed claim with Fedex and they indicated shipper has to file claim. The rest of my order has been moved around with respect to Fedex delivery dates. I realize most of this is Fedex fault but to have your mailbox be full when calling customer service? Unacceptable. I want to cancel the order now because they chose Fedex which is the worst shipper around. I needed these chemicals yesterday and have no idea if they are coming or when because Fedex is awful. Who needs this frustration?

Double charge

I ordered online and they don't stats that they charge you twice when you do. Called to find out why I was double charged and they told me that I would be credited back in 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and still hadn't been refunded one of my charges. Called again to find out why and their customers service hung up on me. Not a really good way to handle you customers if you ask me. I would rather pay more money then to be treated the way this company has treated me. Will not be 9rdering anything else from them and I recommend no one order from them.
